Author and singer-songwriter Kate Koenig demoes the Washburn Bella Tono Elegante S24S.
The guitar has a warm, round noise, with a nice balance of highs and lows. The highs call out clearly versus the lows and mids– something that can be heard most significantly on the last tune I play in the demonstration video, where I’m strumming to produce a drone on the low E while bring a high-pitched melody on the leading three strings. Similarly, for fingerpicking patterns that have separation between the leading and bottom halves of the strings, both low and high voices can be heard plainly.
