In general, the minor pentatonic works all over (over all of the chords in a 12 bar blues) because it’s not best anywhere!
However modern-day blues players integrate less traditional seem like this one, the Lydian Dominant scale, to more carefully follow the chords and actually get the noise of each chord change.
