So today we’re going to have a look at a number of methods to spice up a plain vanilla 12 bar blues.
1. We’ll prevent the traditional blues shuffle pattern, but still stick with the rhythm
2. We’ll toss in a truly cool chord … the lessened 7th chord (dim7 or completely reduced chord).
