In my viewpoint, the orangewood held up very well. It felt excellent to play, possibly even a little softer on the fingers than the Taylor (right out of package). I enjoyed the brightness the more affordable acoustic had, nevertheless I felt the Taylor had more mid/low body to it. These were the only differences I discovered other than the fact that the Taylor enables for DI recording and has bass/mid/treble controls on the guitar itself. No post EQ or impacts were included besides compression to level out the volume. The compression was likewise exactly the exact same on both guitars.
