Scared – By Ted Hawkins
Album: The Next Hundred Years
Year: 1994
Produced on Windows Live Movie Maker

Ted Hawkins invested the majority of his career resting on a milk dog crate and singing on Venice Beach, CA. He attributed his gravely voice to the years of breathing in the salt air. Popularity was constantly elusive. Nevertheless, in 1993 a record producer acquired Hawkins’ trust and Hawkins tape-recorded his first studio album called “The Next Hundred Years”. The album appears in the book “1,000 Recordings To Hear Before You Die”. Ted Hawkins passed away in 1994 before he ever received his very first royalty look at the recording.
